Watch a real business get diagnosed live
Most free rooms teach you solutions to a problem nobody has identified yet. This one does the opposite. One founder brings a real business, I find what is actually holding it back, and I build the thing that shows it, live, in front of everyone.
How a session runs
One founder takes the chair
Not a panel and not a lecture. One real business, with its real numbers and its real mess, in front of the room.
I name the constraint
The one thing actually holding that business where it is. Usually it is not what the founder came in believing it was.
I build the artifact live
A business model canvas, an org chart, a value ladder, a constraint map. Whatever the diagnosis calls for, built on the call while the room watches.
Then the room asks anything
Standing questions, answered in order of how often people actually ask them, for as long as people stay.
One rule, and it is the whole point
I name the constraint. I do not prescribe the fix.
Nobody can properly diagnose a business in five minutes, and anyone who hands you an implementation plan that fast is guessing in public. So I do not do it. Naming the real constraint is genuinely useful on its own, and it is honest about what a free room can and cannot deliver.
This is also the entire test you should be running on anyone who wants your money. If they diagnose before they pitch, keep listening. If they pitch first, you already have your answer, including about me.
Who this is for
Founders running a real business, at any size. If you took the seat diagnostic and it told you that you do not need an operating partner, this is where you belong instead. Same if it told you that you do, and the timing or the budget is not there yet. Either way you are welcome, and neither one costs anything.
It is a room of peers, not an audience. Nobody here is a follower, and I am not on a stage.
Before you join, the part most people bury
Sessions are recorded, and the recordings may be used in my marketing. That is how a free room stays free. Joining means agreeing to it, so it is stated here rather than in a checkbox you scroll past.
Taking the chair means talking about your real business in front of people, on camera. If that is not something you want, you can sit in the room, watch, and never say a word. That is a completely normal way to use it.
If you want a recording you appear in taken down later, ask me and it comes down.
Come in, or bring a business
Joining is free. If you want the chair, join first and then ask me. The room is still small, which means your odds of getting it are the best they will ever be.
