Privacy policy

This site is run by Advisor Avi. It is a simple marketing site with a few forms. This page explains what it collects, why, who helps process it, and how to have your information removed. If anything here is unclear, ask and I will answer plainly.

What I collect

Information you give me. When you apply through the form, that is your name, email, your business website (optional), a revenue range, and the message you write. When you subscribe, it is just your email. When you take the seat diagnostic, it is your answers, plus your email only if you ask for the written read.

Information collected automatically. Aggregate usage data such as pages viewed, rough device and browser type, and approximate region. This comes from privacy-friendly analytics and, where enabled, Google Analytics. There are no advertising trackers on this site.

How I use it

To reply to you, to deliver what you asked for (the call, the written read), and to understand which pages are useful so I can improve them. I do not sell or rent your information, and I do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it

A small set of trusted services help run the site. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:

• Vercel, for hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
• Supabase, for secure storage of form submissions.
• n8n, for routing a submission to me and sending the seat read email.
• Telegram, to notify me when a new submission arrives.
• Google Analytics, for aggregate usage stats where enabled.
• Notion Calendar, when you book a strategy call.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses your browser storage for basics like remembering your theme and keeping one seat-diagnostic session together on a refresh. Analytics may set its own cookies. There are no third-party advertising cookies.

How long I keep it

I keep submissions for as long as I need them to follow up with you and to keep a record of the conversation. You can ask me to delete your information at any time and I will.

Your choices

You can ask to see what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. You can unsubscribe at any time. To make any of these requests, reach me through the application form or simply reply to any email you receive from me.

Security

Submissions travel over HTTPS and are stored with access controls, so the site can add a lead but cannot read back or change what is stored. No method is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable care with the little that is collected.

Children

This site is meant for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
